The Provider Portal User Guide is located on the Provider Portal Login screen.
This is where providers can find instructions on how to sign in (Page 4-5 of 55), request a new password (Page 6-7 of 55), and content in the Provider Portal (Table of Contents, Page 2 of 55).
Tips:
• The User ID is the person’s PS # in CCUBS. User ID: “PS” must be capitalized.
• Password will be masked when you enter it. There should be 10 dots. Ten characters are required.
• No one at a CCR&R agency or the state can create a password for a provider. The provider must request a password that will be sent to them via email or by mail. See the Provider Portal User Guide, page 7 of 55, for a screenshot of what the person will see.
o To have a password sent by email, the person must have a “E-mail – Provider Portal” address setup on the CCUBS Person screen – Addresses tab.
o If they do not have a “E-mail – Provider Portal” address setup on the CCUBS Person screen – Addresses tab, then a paper copy will be mailed out tomorrow morning.
• An “E-mail – Provider Portal” address can be added to the CCUBS Person screen – Addresses tab by persons with update ability to that screen (CCR&R, ECSB, etc.)
