The Best Beginnings scholarship helps Montana families pay for child care. Yet too many families who struggle to afford child care are not eligible for the program. Expanding the Best Beginnings scholarship program will grow child care resources, lower costs for low-income working families, and help Montana parents reenter the workforce or take on more hours.
