The Early Childhood Services Bureau of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services has begun a process to make child care licensing work better for providers and families. The goal of this work is to increase the capacity of our child care system, so we have high quality care and economically accessible care available for all of Montana’s children.
The project will review and reform child care regulations, policies, and procedures to modernize, streamline, and enhance the experience for child care providers, staff, and families. Part of the review process is to understand how the child care licensing system currently works for all different types of people, from providers and staff to parents and families, local agencies, the business community, and other community members who care about child care.
Please consider providing us your thoughts on child care licensing by taking this anonymous survey. The survey should take less than 10 minutes, and you will be eligible to win one of five $25 gift cards from Amazon as a way to say thank you.
