Early this spring United Way of Cascade County and Family Connections sent out a Capacity Building survey. Workforce development and capacity building are key pieces of the Education Initiative and the data and responses provided valuable information on the workforce climate and how we should proceed and move forward with this aspect of the program.
We are now inviting you to participate in the next steps. We are conducting two Director/Owner focus group discussions and two employee focus groups to take a deeper dive into the information garnered by the survey. There is a link to the Doodle Poll below. We encourage you to sign up and attend one of the groups that best fits your schedule and role in the early care and education field. This is a great way to share your thoughts, support the goal and have your voice heard.
