Out of an abundance of caution and best practices in minimizing the spread of COVID-19, the 8th Annual Great Beginnings, Great Families Conference has moved online. Join maternal, child and adolescent professionals, advocates, support staff and providers in coming together for this innovative virtual conference to improve the health and well-being of Montanans by increasing the efficacy of maternal, early childhood and youth programs throughout our state.

We are excited to offer the 2020 GBGF Conference in the following online format:

  • Monday, August 17 – Pre-conference Workshops and Stakeholder Meetings (Program Specific)
  • Tuesday, August 18 – GBGF Conference LIVE webinar via Zoom featuring Keynote, Joel Weintraub, M.Ed., B.S. a “humorous educator” who has managed to merge the formerly disparate worlds of comedy and education. Additional speakers to be announced.
  • Recorded “Breakout” Sessions – (topics include – Nutrition, Family Wellness & Support, Quality Improvement & Leadership, and Data Quality). These pre-recorded sessions will be made available for extended viewing.

Registration will be FREE and will open July 1st.   In order to receive the webinar link all participants MUST REGISTER! The registration link will be posted on the website July 1st.  The individual webinar link will be emailed to  registrants beginning of August.

Continuing Education applications will be submitted and approvals will be posted on the website and final agenda.
