Infant and Toddler Rule Changes

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services has ADOPTED new rules governing the Child Care Licensing Program. These rules are specific to infant and toddler care. Please review the updated rules and ensure that changes are implemented within your facility. The updated rule booklets can be downloaded from the DPHHS/QAD site by clicking here.

Please be aware there have been changes with the paperwork process for providers who typically send their paperwork to Bobbi Jo Walla. Bobbi Jo is no longer working for the department so paperwork will need to be sent to the Helena office located at DPHHS/QAD/CCL-PO Box 202953-Helena, MT 59620-2953.
