Family Connections is Hiring a Referral Specialist

Referral Specialist

Professional individual with excellent customer service skills. The position provides statewide child care referrals to families and maintains child care provider information using a national database. Person will need to be detail-oriented, organized, adaptable to change and work pace, experienced in 10-key and data entry with excellent overall computer skills. Early childhood experience a plus but not required. BA/BS preferred but not mandatory. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Wage $10.00+ depending on experience in related field.
