Family Connections Montana is implementing a new date stamping policy. As in the past, every piece of paperwork, whether received in person, by mail, dropbox, or fax (email correspondence already has date information included in the message by default) is date stamped in order to ensure that it is processed timely. As of January 24, 2011, paperwork will be stamped the business date that it is received in our office. For example, anything delivered in the mail on a Saturday, will be stamped the following Monday’s date. Additionally, anything received after business hours (usually 5:00 pm unless closed for holidays or staff training) will be stamped the next business date. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Please be advised of our office closures as we close for federal holidays and staff trainings. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Family Connections Montana at firstname.lastname@example.org or 406-761-6010.
