Child Care Providers: Please complete the Provider Rights and Responsibilities through the Provider Portal.
- You will need your username, which is your PS#, and your password.
- If you are unsure of your password, it was sent in a letter last November with information about signing up for online invoicing.
- If you do not know your password, it can be requested through the portal by using your PS#, clicking forgot password and then reentering your PS# and your PV#. You will then receive a new password either via email if you have an email address on file, or in the mail.
- Once you have logged into the portal, you will click into the Rights and Responsibilities section and complete the process per the instructions.
- If you are having difficulty with any of these steps, please call your local office and we will assist you. It is important to complete this process to avoid any delays in payment. Thank You!
